1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable digital products
• Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@VeloraAesthetics.store.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
